How long does it take to get an account setup?

Once you submit our request form, one of our humans will contact you to complete the process. Generally, you'll be up and running within a couple of business days.

Why do I need to use Bacon?
Cant i send emails with my mail application?

Sure you can try and send mass email with Outlook or Mail, but we don't recommend it. Why? because your host or ISP wont allow you to send too many at a time. Bounce backs and subscriber management is a mess. Bacon will keep track of who opened, when, and if they visited links in the email. and Bacon will look 10x more professional for you and your organization.

What about support?

Bacon has a great deal of helpful information built into the system and accessible through the "help" button at the upper right when you're inside your account. In addition, you can email us with questions or problems at support@emailBacon.com.

How does Bacon integrate with my website?

There are two main ways. First, you can put simple forms on your website to allow visitors to subscribe to your email lists. Second, you can automatically display all of your past email newsletters so that website visitors can see them. This display is handled automatically.

Can my newsletter look like my website?

It sure can. Take a look at our pricing page to see the costs of this service.

What if I have a design for my template already done?

Sweet, we just need to see it, and make sure its coded to our standards. You may either have no set up fees, or a discounted fee. it all depends how much we need to do on your template.

What about Spam?

No way dude, dont even try to use that list you bought from your "friend". Bacon is better than spam. Please read out anti spam policy, or, you can email us with questions regarding your lists at support@emailBacon.com.
